Apples stuffed with veal

Finely chop the meat.

Finely chop the onion, grind the garlic, then fry a little in a few tablespoons of olive oil. Add the meat and wine and simmer until all the juice is gone. Match the taste of salt and pepper, add a little paprika and rosemary.

The apples are cut into a lid, then with a teaspoon the seeds and part of the core are removed. Sprinkle with lemon juice, then fill with lightly chilled meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put the lids.

Place in a pan, then put in the oven over medium to high heat for 15-20 minutes.

Serve hot.
